When you use the contact form, name (optional), reply email, subject, message type, and message content are collected. When you subscribe, your email address and language setting are collected. Hidden anti-spam fields and server request records may also be processed.
To improve the site, aggregate statistics are collected without cookies, localStorage, advertising identifiers, login accounts, or unique visitor IDs. Stored items include page path, event type such as page view, experiment participation, or share, site language, referrer domain, Cloudflare country code, date and hour in Korea Standard Time, broad device, browser, and operating system categories, viewport size bucket, touch/pointer input type, and system color preference. IP addresses and raw User-Agent strings are not stored; they are only classified immediately on the server.
To visually mark comic episodes you have already opened or reduce duplicate revival requests for the same bill, the site may store only episode or bill identifiers in your browser localStorage. You can delete these values from your browser settings. On the admin screen, the entered token may be stored in localStorage with an expiration time for convenience, and a localStorage flag may be stored to exclude the administrator’s own browser from aggregate statistics.
The information is used to respond to messages and suggestions, review error reports, store newsletter subscriptions, send new experiments, comics, and making notes, prevent duplicate subscriptions, reduce duplicate bill revival requests, prevent abuse, and review site operation statistics such as popular pages, experiment participation, and comic episode views. To reduce duplicate revival requests, raw IP addresses and raw User-Agent strings are not stored; they may be converted on the server into a pseudonymous hash together with the bill identifier.
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed for replies and follow-up. Subscription information is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. If a legal retention duty applies, information may be kept for the required period.
Personal information is not sold or voluntarily shared with third parties. Site operation uses infrastructure services including Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare KV, and Cloudflare Email Routing, where data may be stored or transmitted.
When the purpose is fulfilled or a deletion request is received, electronic records are deleted within a reasonable period. Backup or log records are deleted according to their retention cycle.

Subscriber lists and aggregate statistics are available only in the administrator screen. Access is restricted by separate authentication, limited to necessary access, transmitted over HTTPS, and protected through Cloudflare infrastructure controls.
